Joel Cantor built the Key West-style mansion in 2010, adding a chic “infinity-edge” pool, an ornate entry chandelier, a full outdoor kitchen and his own office wing, which he dubbed the “command center.” The 8,500-square-foot waterfront home played hotel to several wealthy renters, including New York Yankees player Alex Rodriguez and visitors to the Republican National Convention. Joel sold his six-bedroom, seven-bathroom home in 2012 for $5.2 million.
